This is where you start.

Level 1 is built for complete beginners who are ready to build strength step by step. The goal here is simple: learn the movements, build confidence, and create consistency.

This is a 3-day split:
• Upper Body
• Lower Body
• Full Body

Expect beginner-friendly exercises like wall push-ups, standing rows, bodyweight squats, lunges, planks, and calf raises. Everything is designed to be approachable and safe.

All videos are muted intentionally.Move at your pace. There’s no rush.

Big tip: Focus on showing up. Progress comes from consistency, not perfection.
