BalanceBites Return & Refund Policy

At BalanceBites, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we have strict return conditions to ensure product integrity and customer safety.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original, sealed packaging within 14 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
- The original packaging and proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be included.
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your item.

You must receive written return approval and instructions before sending back any items. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
2. Return Approval and Processing
Once your return request is received and approved, you will be provided:
- A return authorization
- Instructions on how and where to send the product
If the return is approved:
- We will cover return shipping and issue a full refund to your original payment method once the product has been received and inspected.
- Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after receipt and approval.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Final sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos and a description of the issue
We will promptly review and, if validated, replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges at this time. If you wish to order a different product, please complete the return process (if eligible) and place a new order.
6. Policy Abuse and Discretion
We reserve the right to deny any return, refund, or replacement request if we suspect abuse of our policy or fraudulent activity. Our decisions in such cases are final.
