This is your starting point in the gym.

Level 10 is built for beginners who are ready to transition from at-home training into structured gym workouts. The goal here is simple: learn the machines, build confidence, and strengthen your full body with safe, controlled movements.

This is a 3-day split:
• Upper Body
• Lower Body
• Full Body

You’ll use beginner-friendly exercises like incline chest press, machine lat pulldowns, goblet squats, leg press variations, and basic machine movements to build strength and coordination without overcomplicating things.

All videos are muted intentionally.Bring your headphones. Move at your pace.

Big tip: Don’t rush the weight. Focus on learning the movement and feeling the muscle work.
