At BalanceBites, we aim to get your order to your door as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details of how we handle shipping and delivery.


Order Processing 

- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

- You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once it ships.

- We do not guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been submitted.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 

- Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days.

- We do not guarantee delivery dates, but we’ll always do our best to meet them.


Domestic Shipping Only 

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.


Lost or Stolen Packages 

Once a package has been marked “delivered” by the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. 

If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

- Please check with neighbors, building staff, or leasing office.

- Contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.


BalanceBites is not liable for stolen packages after delivery.


Incorrect Shipping Information 

Please double-check your address before placing your order. 

We are not responsible for:

- Packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect input

- Delays caused by carriers, weather, or natural disruptions
